Related Websites Active
Earlier this month, RentAJudge.com launched companion websites at ADRMicrotrials.net, ADRMicrotrials.info, and ADRMicrotrials.com, and ADRMicrotrials.org'.

Currently these new websites merely point to this one. Soon however they will have their own content.

The purpose of these new websites is to support our service when it is offered through the courts. In that setting, we consider the name "RentAJudge" to be inappropriate! Do you agree?

RAFAEL CHODOS, ESQ.
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
RAFAEL CHODOS has been a business litigator in Los Angeles, in solo practice, since 1978. He has handled many cases involving fiduciary duties over the course of his career: disputes between partners, difficulties in the construction, dissolution and management of small corporations, family law disputes, contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Chodos founded a software company which offered network optimization services to many of the Fortune 50 US corporations. He sold the company to one of its vendors and returned to law school in his early 30s.

He is the author of THE LAW OF FIDUCIARY DUTIES, an authoritative treatise on the subject which has been quoted and cited several times by the California courts. You can read all about the book at BlackthorneLegal.com

His range of interests and activities is extraordinarily wide. He has lectured widely on the history of ideas, biblical studies, as well as legal topics. He first published an article about an alternative set of rules for civil dispute resolution in 1993! His most recent book, Why on Earth Does God Have to Paint? is a deep presentation of his wife's art as an example of a new kind of hypercontemporary art. This book will be appearing in print this Spring. See his website, Chodos.com .
